Who Are We?
Founded in 2025, Never Miss is ran by a small UK based team helping busy local businesses stop losing customers to missed calls.
We first had the idea to create never miss after we saw a salon dealing with the same problem every week: phones ringing non stop whilst staff were mid-appointment.
Callers that weren't leaving voicemails and bookings were slipping away. We built NeverMiss to cover these moments and answer the missed calls to allow the salon to call back and secure the booking
